Welcome to the legal consultant job agreement for the state of New York. This contract sets forth the terms and conditions of employment for legal consultants in the state of New York. Please review the following terms carefully before proceeding with employment.

Parties Employer Employee
Scope Work The Employee shall provide legal consulting services to the Employer in accordance with the laws and regulations of the state of New York.
Term The term of this agreement shall commence on the date of execution and shall continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
Compensation The Employee shall be compensated at an hourly rate of $X for all consulting services provided to the Employer.
Confidentiality The Employee shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials provided by the Employer and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the express written consent of the Employer.
